"Please tell me we didn't just blow up my mother's garden," Amy groaned, as she and her siblings ran away from the smoking patch of land outside the Muse cabin.

"We did just blow up your mother's garden," Sam laughed, pulling ahead of the others, her blue eyes gleaming in the sunlight.

"That's what she asked you to not say Sam," Tina sighed, pulling Kristin along with her. Sam merely grinned, while Kristin cackled.

"At least we won't have to pull weeds! My nails will finally be saved!" the middle triplet sighed, as they reached a safe distance from the singed garden.

"No one cares about your nails Kris," Sam sighed, panting slightly, hands on her knees, black ponytail swaying in the wind. Kristin sniffed, examining the hot pink polish on her nails, while Tina sat down, sprawling out on the grass.

"So your mom may kill us," Sam summed up, looking around. "My mom might give us a trophy for destruction."

"What about your father?" a new voice said. Amy lowered her head, while Tina sat up. Kristen kept examining her nails.

"Oh, uh, well..." Sam said, stuttering in the presence of her father. Despite age, Sterling O'Connell hadn't lost his love of peace, and if being firm with his daughter meant that peace would reign, well, that was something he'd have to do.

"Young lady," he began, when Ivy came strolling over.

"You destroyed my orchids, again," she said conversationally. Sterling sighed, while the triplets looked at their mother hopefully.

"Uh...that was my idea." Sam said softly, while the three girls looked at her with identical raised eyebrows.

"Good for you. Your aim needs some work though." Ivy grinned, patting her head and walking away. Sterling only sighed.

"Just go have fun sweetheart," he said, and Sam hugged him tightly.

"Thanks Dad!" she yelled, dragging the triplets along with her on a new adventure.
